Bossen og bumsen
De aldrende Duke-brødre er stenrige men også nogle dumme svin. For at afgøre om det er arv eller miljø der gør en god forretningsmand, fyrer de den aristokratiske yuppie Louis Winthorpe III og sætter i stedet den hjemløse Billy i direktørstolen. Da Billy finder ud af baggrunden for sit nye liv, opsøger han Louis og de to planlægger hævn.
